I'm DISGUSTED at the service I received from VODACOM. On the 23.08.2013, I cancelled my contract with them due to poor service. I was advised to pay the amount of R101.24 to settle this account. I paid this amount at standard bank the same day. I went back to their outlet in Westgate shopping Centre as advised by a rep there. The Proof of payment was faxed to their head office. One 29.08.2013, I received confirmation that my payment was received and my contract has been cancelled. To my HORROR I just received a letter from them stating that my account has been SUSPENDED due to none payment!!! What the??? Upon trying to contact them telephonically, I'm sent from pillar to post. What kind of services is this? Should VODACOM dare hand over my name for collections. I will seek LEGAL assistance!!!
