I have been dealing with my Vodacom account query for the last two weeks with no success. I changed my bank and it was too late to run a debit order. I then contacted Vodacom for an alternative method of payment. They supplied me with an easy pay number and informed me that I could make the payment at PnP which I duly did on the 29.10.2013. I received a text message a few days later stating that I had not made payment. I contacted Vodacom and faxed through the proof of payment. They were meant to sort this out. I was then informed to get my money back from PnP. I contacted PnP and they advised that the payment has gone through and it is Vodacom is to sort out there mistake. I contacted Vodacom again and they said I must now contact Autopage and get my money back from them. In the mean time they keep sending SMS'S to suspend my service. BUT nothing has actually been done to sort out the problem. Now firstly I paid the account on time to the account that VODACOM supplied. There agents should be informed regarding payment and surely if they no longer use Pnp they should cancel with them. I have been given the run around for two weeks and I am disgusted with the lack of communication
