Poor Service

Cell C Somerset Mall gives the worst service ever! you never wait less than 20 min to be helped! Yesterday I waited more than half an hour for service. I received an sms on Friday the 18th that I can upgrade my contract I went there the same day a Lady working the helped me Mandy! She helped me to fill in the forms and then told me that I have to pay an extra R150 for the first 3 months because I am changing my contract, as my husband are paying the contract I said to her I will find out from him first and come back the next day so she told me she is going to keep the phone with my papers till tomorrow! While I were in the mall my husband phoned me and told me to upgrade the contract anyway. So I went back when I got there she was kind of like she didn't even know who I was and told me they don't have stock I must come tomorrow morning a guy from another shop is going to bring me one. When I got there the next morning no phone they told me they cant find stock at the other stores and don't know when they will have again! Right then I phoned Cell C Stellenbosch and they had stock! I drove there from the strand, an hour later I had my phone! Unacceptable from Cell C Somerset mall!
