Absolutaly disgusted with assistance of Vodacom

Firstly we were sent from pillar to post on Friday, 22 March 2013 where we had to make payment for the reactivation of a cell phone number and account as the account has been deactivated. We were never informed that Vodacom will be deactivating the account in the first place, nonetheless we paid the enormous amount.

Than, when we phoned on Monday, 25 March to find out whether the accounts dept has received our??? Fax documents in order to reactivate the account (which we were told takes 5 days) they never had any information pertaining to this on their side and yet agent being sent from pillar to post. In any case WHO DOES NOT HAVE AN EMAIL THESE DAYS? Very clever I must just add Vodacom!! The agents at 0821946 have not received documents to date as told by the Customer Service Agent at Vodacom Cust Care Centre Sandton City and had to be faxed for the 5th time and it is already passing the 5 day mark here and still NOTHING has been done. This is absoutaly not acceptabe, could someone please ensure that this is resoved IMMEDIATELY!!!
