I upgraded my phone to Iphone 5 and asked that they block 3G because the phone was going to be used by my daughter. I was under the impression it was done. To my shock I got a bill for R over R4000 for data. Went to complain & I was promised a response in 48hrs. Followed up by email and was told they are still investigating. I decided to pay the bill whilst trying to get this resolved now all is quiet no one is getting back to me. The query relates to the following number 0766424918
