I HAVE TRIED FOR OVER 2 MONTHS TO QUERY MY BILL

I upgraded my contract from a blackberry to iphone on the 30th of June, The consultant at the waterfront branch was to busy joking and flirting with other staff, that he made numerous costly mistakes that i am now paying for and can not get a response from mtn, even after visiting the branch 3 times, phoning the call centre over 15 times and laying 3 separate quieries! 1. He did not mention to me that even though i was upgrading at the end of the month and my new phone was connected, i was not told my upgraded talk500 tract would only kick in on the 7th of July, I was left with a R2800.00 bill. 2. I was told that i had 500mb free data and could top up when it ran out, but was not told that there was no warning when the data finished and was automatically charged on pro-rated rates of R2/megabyte!!! 3, My insurance which is through MTN was left on R5000.00 a month, when i asked if it was changed, I was assured it was, when asked for proof i was told he could not print it. 4. i RECIEVED A R7600.00 BILL FOR SEPTEMBER AND HAVE HAD N O RESPONSE TO MY CONTINUOUS EFFORTS TO QUERY MTN, ALL THAT HAS HAPPENED IS MY PHONE BEEN CUT OFF AGAIN AND AGAIN!
