Vodacom informed me on the morning of Thur 7 Nov 2013, that my voluntary softlock is in effect because of a data bill of R8000. This after my last data bundle expired on sat 2 Nov at 22:58-as per vodacom sms. Further, from being softlocked on Thur to Sat morning my bill grew another R4000.

From the above info it can be understood that between Thur and Sat morning, at R2/mb for out of bundle data whilst my account was softlocked, I used approx 2000mb / close to 2gb!!! Again, this was while the account was supposedly locked.

During Oct I bought several once-off data bundles cumulatively over 10gb (cannot confirm this as the website doesn't allow me to verify), which makes me further doubt the entire bill which now stands at over R10 000. I registered a service call/ query on Sat morning 9 Nov and nobody from vodacom has even cared to phone me. I have been a customer of theirs for almost 20 years- I cant do buss without my phone, hence you are preventing me from earning a salary and nobody on your side even cares to phone me- way to go guys.
Something is wrong here, Please help.
