I recently upgraded my vodacom account in feb 2013, i took out a lap top with a "my gig 2 promo", which gives you 2gig per month, once the 2 gig is up i wont beable to connect to the internet, and the payment in total is about R400.00 i was asked if i must leave it on a prepaid or open contract, i kept it as a PRE-PAID contract, i now get an sms that says my VSP IS R4000, HOW THE DO I RUN UP A R4000 BILL IN ONE MONTH WHEN THE LINE IS ON PREPAID!!! i sent an email on line and is still waiting a response, I WILL TAKE THIS UP WITH THE C.P.A!!! i AM NOT GOING TO PAY A R4000 BILL!!! this $h! t dont make sense!!! if this matter does not be resolved A.S.A.P i will take this matter further can cancell both my vodacom contracts!!!
