I took a contract from cell c thinking its the best deal, only now i feel like that they can rob you without a warning. when i took the phone i explained myself that i need a phone that when i finish my airtime i can recharge with my own airtime, i was billed R450.00 first time i took the phone, and this time my bill say 677.00, i called cell c customer care and to my suprized i was told i am on an open line contract, what the i never asked for an open line i asked for a package where if my airtime is finished i can top-up myself, why do you give customers what they dont ask for, i am even thinking of terminating the contract and look somewhere else. very frustrating.
