Cell C
Cellc is pathetic (no record of calls being record

I took a contract with cell C (regret the decision).
After numerous call to give me airtime limit, no one was willing to and I ended up paying up to R3000 for my airime, I decided to call them to block my account so that I do not receive airtime anymore. For 6 to 8 months I would only pay for the cellphones.after a 8 months I receive a bill that I owe them R2300 due to my cell phone being billed for airtime. I called to question who gave them permission to unlock the airtime and they told me they have no record of the call being recorded. They told they would envistigate but when I called again to give a record of me calling to block the airtime they again do not have the recording.
They have called me a and a because they said they have never received any of my calls requesting them to block my account.
I would never take a contract with cell C or advice anyone to do the same.
All they care about is to make sales but once that is done they DONT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!
