Im on a business contract phone with Cell C.I get R100 airtime only per month and i cant load it myself when its finished. For the past 2 months i have been experiencing a loss in my airtime without me making any phone calls. Last week on the 5th November i contacted the Cell C customer service line, i was told to sms STOP to some service provider which keeps taking my airtime. I did exactly that, but it didnt stop taking my money. This morning i call Cell C to complain again, as all my airtime is now gone and its only the 11th of the month and i havent made any calls. Now this consultant tells me that i was supposed to phone the service provider taking my money, not sms. Im telling her that your collegue told me to sms, and she sms'ed me the numbers to that provider. This second consultant says no thats not it, i was suppsed to call.
I found this very stressfull and frustrating because i would have made this call last week to stop these people from taking my airtime, but because of the wrong info, i now dont have airtime. I would like my airtime to be reversed please, and the call cter agent said no it not possible. I want to cancell my contract with Cell C now and get my airtime back.
