I bought a phone on the 26th July. The Phone started mis-bahaving after a week and I took it to vodacom repairs on the 21 September 2013, (JOB No. 9218968) after a week I collected the phone and within an hour after collecting the phone from Vodacom Repairs the phone was mis-behaving again. Tried using the phone until it seized to function. I was only able to switch it on after three days. Then on the 17th October, I took it back. (JOB No. 9292764) A consultant by name of Kuadi was so impatient with me. After a week long waiting for a feedback I called Vodashop and I was told that the phone was ready a week ago but I was not notified. The report from the engineer stated that they found no fault with the phone, but when asked the lady by name of Maria (manager of the store) to test it. She found that the phone had sound. She decided to book the phone again the 3rd time. How many times must a phone be booked in before Vodacom acknowledges that the device is defected. I have to wait another 7 to 14 days for vodacom engineers to test the phone again for the third time. Clearly the engineers are incompetent as they could not detect that the phone was defected. I have lost trust.
