Cell C
What does BIS cover?

I have a contract with cell c, I get R115.00 airtime monthly, I then use R57 from that airtime to load BIS. That leaves me with R58.

I have facebook on my phone, and whatsapp, my airtime keeps reducing day by day, cent by cent, I don't know where it's going to because I hardly make calls or even download.

One other problem I have is that, whenever I reach home, Protea North to be precise, my phone loses network. I don't see why I should pay, loyally, every month for a phone that doesn't have network 80% of the time, and for airtime that keeps disappearing.

I'm now thinking of cancelling my contract this year.
