Cell C
I have torecharge to use cellphone banking

Cell c has done it again. for the past 2 months or so i have been deprived of using my airtime as i please. cell c told me that no matter the amount of airtime i have if its from my contract i cannot use it to access my cellphone banking.
i thought my airtime whether contract or prepaid was mine to use WHICH EVER WAY I PLEASE, but not with cell c.i have been very inconvenienced by this its not even funny. i cant use my phone to recharge when i run out of airtime.
cell c i am very disappointed, i cant wait for my contract to come to an end.
