Mweb
Internet drops/phones go on the blink

I just have one thing to say about Mweb, their service is pathetic to say the least. The company I work for have endless problems with the internet which drops sometimes 8 times a day, they send Telkom out and their side of things is perfect. We sort out the internet problem and then our phones don't work. We run a business here and our clients cant get hold of us!!! Try and contact the call Centre... joke! After holding on for 20 minutes, when you finally get through to something with a heartbeat, if they don't like the sound of your voice or the problem, they cut you off! I have phoned the call Centre in the past to report a problem to them and they didn't even log the call...!
