MOBILE DATA/AIRTIME WIPE DISGUSTING SERVICES

Afternoon,
I have been a MTN client for years and have 2 seperate contracts. I discovered this morning that airtime was missing and after restarting my mobile, a huge chunk of airtime was missing, yet the data was still there. After 2 minutes switched off my mobile and switched it on again, only to discover that all my data and airtime was wiped.
The first time i phoned supp centre, the lady brushed me off and said she will put me through to someone else, only to put down the phone is my ear. The 2nd time i got through to a oak that was to no use and wanted to charge me for a documented breakdown of my phone usage. It was calmy explained, OVER AND OVER again that there had been no auto updates/internet or data usage. He prceeded to have attitude and could later not even answer me on the phone.
I am not one to complain and certainly do not want to and get free stuff, just what is rightfully mine, i am in fact paying each month like a loyal customer.
I am truly disgusted, THEIR JOB IS TO PROVIDE A SERVICE.. If not with a smile, at least be helpful.
I am at that point where I seriously want to change my Network provider.
