CAN THE LACK OF SERVICE BE ANY WORSE?

I have applied for a Telkom line and ADSL on the 30th of June. The technician had to come out 3 times as he said there was no cable but at the 3rd attempt my gardener showed him where the cable was. He installed it and it worked for a week and then it was dead..then I called and waited and called and called and eventually the story was that they allocated the number to some-one else too and they changed my number. Then it worked for 1 day and then both the landline and ADSL was dead again and still is. I am sooo tired of trying and calling Telkom from my cellphone every day!!! now they say the order has not been completed yet so they cant log a techincal fault for me... I am done, BUT the best part is that I have already received a bill!
