They lost my phone!!!

In September 2012 i took my phone in for repairs at Vodacom Repairs in Menlyn, my battery was the issue and i was told to purchase a new battery while they upgraded the software and return to the shop after an hour. When i returned my cellphone had been lost and the guy who was helping me by the name of Sizwe told me he has made a mistake and given my phone to the wrong customer. my phone has been with that customer till this day and i am still using a loan phone which i was given in September (its been 5 months now). In December however, i made a follow up in December 2013 to my surprise the phone was still not returned and Sizwe promised Vodacom would organise to return my phone by January 2013, note it is February now and there still has been no communication. Im still still paying my contract and insurance of a phone and i need it returned and return this loan phone to them. Please do assist me i need my phone.
