WORST SERVICE EVER!!

I upgraded my contract to a better package in June and got the Blackberry Q10. After 3 weeks my phone started giving problems, there was a purple line through the screen and I could not answer a phone call. I took the phone back and they sent it in for repairs.

Waited 2 weeks for my phone, they phoned me to let me know that the phone was ready for collection and the handset has been replaced with a new device. When the device was switched on they said it needed a software update, after realising that the phone was replaced with no software! Basically they replaced the phone with only the casing; no software was loaded on the phone!

When I confronted the branch they said I have two options, book the phone in for repairs AGAIN! Or simply contact customer care if I have a complaint!

After numerous phone calls, driving around from the one Vodacom shop to the other my problem is still not resolved!

I simply want the upgrade to be reversed; I have been sitting without a phone for 3 weeks!! The end of the month I will start paying for a better contract (Red Advantage deal) and a phone that I'am not using!!
