No Response

I emailed the company asking for a quote. I received an email asking for my address and when I would like someone to come over to view the job requested. I responded with my address, date and time. I did not receive a response to my email and therefore assumed they to arrived to give a quote. Not only did they not arrive but they also did not respond to my email questioning why they did not perform their duties. I did not receive a response. If this is the service I receive I can expect before I pay a deposit, I hate to know what is install for me later.
