Waiting over a Month for cancellation & ignoring

I returned my device and modem the day after I received it (sealed in original packaging) and called the same day to confirm it would be cancelled. I asked if i can take it to Vodacom myself and I was told no, it will be collected. I have phoned and emailed SEVERAL times thereafter to confirm the cancellation has gone through and to get the refund, however I have been completely ignored and I still getting billed. I already had a debit order going off my account and I got the invoice for the second month today which proves to me that my contract is still not cancelled. I was told at the time I was entering into a contract with Vodacom, not Elite Mobile, and when I called Vodacom (several times) they confirmed this can only be cancelled on Elite Mobile side. I'm sure that no one else would enjoy being bounced around, instead of effecting the cancellation and providing me with my refund that is due to me. I am really sick and tired of all the stories and excuses and being ignored. I am not going to call to repeat my ID no and explanation I am awaiting confirmation of cancellation and refund. This will be taken further as I am not authorising the debit order to go off for another month
