On the 29/07/2012 I upgraded my cellphone to a Apple Iphone 4s we signed the documents and as per the copy of the documents I received from vodacom I requested to have a #5 phone insurance cover with the premium of R149-00 per month,

On the my Iphone was and I immediately reported it to Vodacom branch in Lakeside mall, They phoned me and told me that I only qualify for R2500-00 per month, this I did not understand, because I requested adequate cover for my Iphone when i upgraded it.

When I went there, the confirmed that I can get a blackberry and should I want a Iphone I need to pay R 3650 to get one, I refuse this, and contacted Vodacoms's insurance line, a lady by the name of Merchia confirmed that no documentation was send to them regarding the Iphnone and that they still have the Balckberry on cover, this means that the branch never send the documents to them to arrange cover for the Iphone,

i have tried to contact the braqch manager Mr Craig Loxton without any joy, and the branch just keep on telling us there is nothing they can do about it.

I have proof that I requested to have the Iphone insured, and I want to collect my Iphone.
