Vodacom Customer Care - POOR service, no response!

Again, same problem. Phone VODACOM 082111, nobody answers? (after 30 minutes) Call logged, MyVodacom website otp number is sent to unknown cellnumber? also in my profile there is an unknown person's name?? even though I've used this online profile a couple of years. After explaining this concern and asking Vodacom to escalate as it cannot be good if other people's names show's in your profile? still no response call reference S3-04U89-9W06
