To Whom It May Concern,
I've been trying for the past weeks to get into my online profile
Everytime I 'm redirected to th elogin page
Today the system tells me I'm not registered and had to re-register
I've been a client since 2002 and now I must sit with this
After my registration today I can't see bnothing on my profile
Not my previous bills, other contracts on my name - NOTHING
Seriously need to up your game as this is the poorest online activity I've seen in years
