When i tried to upgrade online i experienced a glitch in the system when i was by step 3 to confirm my quotation. I then phoned Vodacom online to ask what the problem was. On my profile the 9720 Blackberry is one of my upgrade options. This is the contract i wanted. The consultants told me i am not eligible for this upgrade but can get the exact same contract I am on now??? When asked for reasoning as to why it is on my online profile they said I have to phone upgrades department as they can not help me. This is pathetic. I have turned down other service provider offers for new contracts as I wanted to stay with Vodacom... I will be contacting my other service provider options immediately.
