I'm really frustrated as my account have been overcharged. I went to the Canal Walk store to enquire on two occasions. The first time the rep said he'll logg it and someone will contact me within 48 - 72 hours. Behold no one contacted me. A week passed and i went back there only to find out that the incident was never logged. I had to relay the same story and again they promised to logg it and someone will call me within 48 - 72 hours. Its been more then a week and no one has contacted me to date. This is really pathetic service from the cellphone company claiming to be SA's best. Please sort this matter out as soon as possible as my lines have been suspended leaving me without communication. Hope this will get the urgent attention it deserves. The reference number they gave me on my second visit to the store is 53-T383D-DD4Q7.

Please sort it out ASAP!!!
