On 11/05/2013, I upgraded my handset. The contractual agreement explained by the consultant is as follows: Nokia Asha 311 Smartphone on MTN 200 Anytime at R149 and Broadband of 1GIG with my own device at R69. I requested to keep the Top Up and was informed that to keep the Top Up, a R10 will be added to the R149. Meaning my bill would be R228. My billing at present is R428. I've been in store on numerous occasions to query my billings. On 14.08.2013 the consultant, Fabian Jordaan, whom I initially signed my contract with told me that my account was definitely overcharged. He logged a complaint with Ref Nr (2525017). I was told that my account would be rectified within 48 hours. On 19/08/2013 I received an SMS from MTN stating "your package changed has been processed and effective from the 19/09/2013". I contacted the Call Centre on numerous occasions but nobody could help me and referred me back to the store where I upgraded my contract. I am still being billed incorecttly after returning to the store multiple times. Each time I'm in store I get promised that my account will be rectified. Can anybody please assist me in this regard?
