I purchased 512mb data at canal walk virgin but the data was never loaded i contacted the call centre and the confirmed that it was never loaded they said i must contact the store to refund me i contacted the store and was advised that wendy no longer works there but graham will sort it out as he was on duty with her on the day of purchase to date i have heard nothing whn i phone there is no answeer ss they have identy call and if they do answer all they say is that they will get back to me which they never do. I also requested the porting.departement to port my number and now im sitting with someone elses number and no one has answer for me i have never experienced such pathetic service in my life this is so unbelieveable i will never take anpther contract with these people right from the beginning everything was just wrong
