I had a complaint on the 15 August and put it on this website. Lesley Abels a senior consultant called me and asked for all my details again, said he will call me again but never did. I am struggling to resolve this matter now since August and Vodacom is not even trying to help but in the meantime i am paying for something i did not agree upon. I know that every conversation has been recorded and would like to take this matter further but Vodacom refuses to send or give me a copy of the conversation i had with the sales person who offered me the deal. They keep on promising they are looking into the matter but this has been going on now since 15 August. This is making me furious.
