No sense of service!

I did a sim swop at Vodacom data store in Canal Walk on Sunday 08/12. I was assisted by an agent, Kyle and informed that the new sim will be in operational within 24-48 hrs. On Wednesday I made enquiry at the 111 contact centre number and was told to go into any Vodacom store as the new sim was not activated. When I visited the Vodacom store in Tygervalley I was turned away and told that I can only be assisted at the Canal Walk store, which meant that I had to contact them. This I then did on 5 occasions. o Linden (who was extremely rude), Gareth (more helpful, but still not able to resolve my issue), Adriana (who is the supposed branch manager, but not even keeping to her promise to phone me back).
After all my follow ups (9 I might add) I received a return call from Gareth to visit the store, re- do the documents and start this process all over again. What pathetic service!
I received a call from Gareth informing me that he traced my lost documents, they completed it incorrectly and never informed me. He confirmed the correct details with me and will resubmit the request. I am holding thumbs!
