Lost R57 airtime for choosing the wrong BIS option

So yesterday I bought myself R60 airtime to activate my BIS on BBM. I mistakenly chose the option BB10 services - once off and recurring. Now the airtime has been deducted but I still dont have BIS. Called the Cell C customer line to be told the airtime is lost and not reversible so there is nothing they can do. In the meantime I am R57 less out of pocket for a service I cant even use.
What a rip off to society - out of budget now!
