I cancelled Blackberry Talk100 contract with Vodacom on 3/10/2013, ending on 3/10/2013 and requested to be migrated to prepaid from 1/11/2013. Received a sms and an email to confirming the cancellation on the same day 3/10/2013. Made a follow up call on 17/10/2013 to ensure that the contract is cancelled. I spoke to Thami Ref nr: U543828 who offered me a better deal on the Smart M package Samsung S4 @ R469.00 pm for 24 months.

Over and above the 300MG inclusive on the package, he offered me a promotional item of 2GB per month. This meant that I will get extra 1.7GB data monthly for the duration of the new contract. I accepted the offer based on this promotion and plus the free caller identity service. To my surprise I received a sms the same day 17/10/2013 indicating that 1GB is activated. Upon receipt of this text I followed up at the call centre, and was told that the remaining 700MG will be activated on 18/10/2013.
Friday 18/10/2013 was a different story when I inquired about the 700MG, only an extra 1GB is offered by Vodacom as a promotional incentive. I cancelled the upgrade because of the FALSE AND FLAWED SALES.

Still struggling to get this upgrade cancelled
