Pholosa debt management

I have been waiting 3 months for a responseb in connection with pholosa the have breached contract on various occasions they refuse to send me a statement, they hang the phone up on me when i do get through they insult me and are unbelievably rude they change the debit order date whenever they feel like it and due to that they have caused me to have a bad credit rating.
