On the 23th of October 2013 I went into a Game Store to do my 24 months Vodacom Upgrade.

I was quoted R159-00 per month for a Everyday Off-Peak 120 package inclusive of Blackberry Service. I have accepted this quote and the Upgrade was done.

On the 4th of November 2013 I contacted Vodacom Call Centre to enquire why my Blackberry Service has not been activated. The consultant gave me all type of excuses why this has not been activated and that I must fax Vodacom a copy of the contract. (This contract was generated on Vodacom's system)

Today the 5th of November 2013 I went into the same Game store where this Upgrade was done and requested a manager to contact Vodacom regarding this contract. He confirmed with Vodacom that this is the package that has been quoted and accepted.

After an hour of wasting my time Vodacom is still not honouring their contract as accepted by myself and now wants me to pay an additional R60 per month for the Blackberry Service.

Is Vodacom so big that they can do what they want?
