Phone with unlimited SMS – It’s a load of!!

Wow Telkom has a phone with unlimited SMS - It's a load of!!
We have taken out this contract with unlimited sms, and this is false in so many ways.
Never from the 1st day of receiving this contract we have had any luck with it.
Sending a sms is like finding a chicken tooth, its non-existing.
We are Lucky if we can send 1 SMS a day, we are paying for a service we are definitely not receiving.
We have send complaint after complaint about the Telkom Mobile cell phone, we have phone everybody at Telkom, Zoliswa Ntsele, Boniswa Xandekana, Clinton, Thandi Mahlangu, Pierre Marais, Amanda Ngame and Rene Sellar to name only a few, but until today with no satisfaction.
TELKOM seems quite happy to give you their products, but they are not even interested in you once you have an account.
In today's life your costumer care is your most important part of the business. If you can't even reply to an email or complaint, you don't deserve our business.
