In short - it took Nashua Mobile 3 months to provide a decent response to an issue that i had with cellular coverage.
Head of client retention eventually came back to me with a solution, this entailed a network swap. This included the cancellation of a previous contract and the issuing of a new one.
I made 100% sure this did not entail any additional costs - However, my account has been emailed to me at an outstanding balance of R12 500.
I am completely shocked at the lack of any form of customer service. I have had no response to this issue. I would love to see how fast my service would be cut off if I missed a payment.
