I received a call from the sales people selling phone and I agreed to taking the contract with the company . when i received the phone i then realized that it will not serve its purpose becuause it didnt have most of the important features that i currenlty use and will need to make use of. i called and requested a cancellation of the contract. On the 27/09/2013 at 15:04 i received an sms confirming the cancellation from Vodacom customer care (Renaldo Cephas Moses). i am utterly annoyed by the messages i keep receiving that i owe Vodacom and statements being sent to my address although i have cancelled the contract. i am still waiting for the phone to be collected from me. my request is that Vodacom should attend to this as a matter of urgency and please DO NOT process any debit orders on my account
