I've phoned regarding my wife's email account that is messing us around, so a agent of 8ta (telkom mobile) by the name of Trevor Masango helped me to the best of his ability. We were on the line for almost an hour, but never did he complaint or try to cut my call but rather kept trying to help me sort my problem. We couldn't resolved the problem, though, but he also logged a case so their technical department can look further into it.

I just want to say that his service was the best I ever received in a very long time.
