I went to do a sim swop to a micro sim which was done. I then asked what would be the best to get for my blackberry. I was told to get the bring your own R29.00top up. Then I can buy extra airtime for the blackberry plan. I asked how much it was going to cost and was told that it would be an extra r29.00 Per month on my acoount. I Paid R29.00 on the 4/9/13 and added R 29.00 to my account of R470.00 bring the total to R 499.00 which I paid on the 26/9/2013 I have now been billed an extra R51.73 and R105.23 . No one seams to be able to help me and have been on hold for the last Hr waiting for someone to help me. When I ask for the supervisor I am told that he is unavailable. Then she starts talking to someone one else in another language.!!! How rude is that. I am not going to pay more than I was explained at the east gate branch. Please can you help me sort this out. As I am typing this I am still on hold!!! The last person whom I spoke to was Lerato. Thank you
