I phoned MTN twice to enquire about an extra cost (R500) that had been debited from my account. The only information the consultants could give me was that it was for extra data that i had used. When i asked for a statement reflecting how much extra data i had used i was told that i can only get that information in 7-21 working days. This is ridiculous as i am paying for amounts that i don't even know about and no one can explain to me what it is for. This is information that should be readily available for a customer. When i asked to speak to a manager or some one who could help me with this query, i was put on hold and no one ever got back to me. terrible service!
