Sold me the wrong contract and passing the buck

I purchased a MTN Top Up 100 in November last year when my Cell C controlchat 50 contract had come to an end. Upon the application for the contract I explicitly explained to the sales lady that the reason I need a bigger contract is because it is for my daughter's phone and she wants a Blackberry. I explained that when she gets her Blackberry i need to be able to load the BIS out of her airtime. That way she has a little bit of extra airtime for emergencies. The lady recommended the above contract and assured me that I will be able to do it that way. She also assisted my by getting a voucher we she said we could use towards purchasing the Blackberry. Now, when my daughter finally got her BB, after a massive run - around, numberous phone calls and visits to the branch I am told it cannot be done. I WAS SOLD THE WRONG CONTRACT!!! Of course, after escalating the matter to Louise Bronkhorst I was directed straight back to the branch. I am not prepared to pay extra now for the BIS. They misinformed and misled me. I need to be contacted urgently but kept on being sent from one place to another!!
