I would like to make a complaint. I am a Virgin Mobile customer. I have a classic 200 contract with them. this means that i get R200 airtime value, 200 sms and 200mb of data each month. I pay R322 on a debit order at the end of each month. I have been using to much mb a month so I wanted to get a extra monthly bundle added to my contract and just add that bundle purchase price onto my monthly debit order. I went to menlyn virgin mobile on monday and the lady say that my 512mb data bundle will be active the next day and will be billed R80 extra on my debit order. I was happy. Yet this did not happen. I phoned customer care and the lady helped me and said my data bundle will be active in the next 5 min. this happened but.. my airtime was all gone (its a R1100 and then minus the 200 it drops to a R900 limit.. some weird thing virgin mobile does?) and I had 2Gb of data and not the extra 512mb i asked for.. i phoned again and she said that she can see on her system that they accidentally put that 512mb through twice.. and that it will be fix.. it has not been fixed.. and if you put 512mb x 2 it does not give you 2gb!! so someones calculations is wrong..
