Very Disappointing!

I have been with Vodacom for 15 years and i have never been so disappointed with your customer service. You over debited my account in september when i contacted the call centre one of your advisors told me to reverse it at my bank as it will take you 4 to 5 days to rectify the mistake. When i done the reversal my phone account was suspended. on the 17th of OCtober I contacted the call centre for help and my call was answered by a very very rude Siyabonga who really loves the sound of his own voice. Everytime i spoke he either spoke at the same time or put me on hold WHILE I WAS STILL SPEAKING, when I kept qiuiet he kept quiet and so on. I was already highly frustrated by my account being suspended and now had to deal with this very special person! He couldnty assist me and wouldnt transfer me to someone else "until he assisted me" I work in the call centre industry in the Quality Assurance department and to receive this sort of treatment from a company that i considered to be a market leader in telecommunications and an organization that i have always praised left me extremely bitter!!! I am also STILL waiting for a team manager to get back to me regarding my query! Sucky Service!
