For the last two and a half years I have been paying my Vodacom account 15 days in arrears because I refuse and cant afford to pay my account double in one month to change the pay date. Anyway thus for the last two and a half years I make an arrangement to pay and then pay the account, no problems. And when in the past the account was suspended I made a phone call explained the story and the line was unlocked.

This month my account was suspended and when I called the call centre I spoke two three people, non of them helpful at all and very rude.

Thus my complaint is why have they been able to help me in the past and now today I get the ' you'attitude. I have three accounts with Vodacom and Im planning on cancelling them as soon as they are due and moving over to Telkom, have an account there for internet and the difference in service after today has become very clear.
