Nashua Mobile has 3 times claimed that I have an over due account. I have called 3 times in the last 2 months to rectify the matter. The first two times I called in the consultants told me that It was a mistake on their part and that they would reverse the payments because my account is suppose to be debited out of my bank account. The 3rd sms suspended my account due to non payment, when I enquired for now the 3rd time I was told that my debit order had bounced and that I must check with my bank what the issue is. I checked with my bank and they verified that there have been no unsuccessful attempted debit orders by Nashua mobile or any other party into my account for the last 2 months - I have these statements to prove it. I have verified my bank account details and e-mail address with Nashua mobile yet I have received no statement or invoice before I had to call in to ask for these. I contacted my person Deon on 07 June, 5 days later I have had no response. I left a voice message on 04 June at the call centre and am still waiting for X23 to call me back (12 June). I have sent a message to customer services online and 5 days later I am still waiting for someone to contact me.
