On the 15/ 11/ 2013 I went to Multichoice branch in Jabulani Mall to ask them to disconnect my account as my TV was damaged. I was assisted by Ditlhare Letsie who told me my account was already suspended. I paid my account and she confirmed that my account won't be activated until contact customer care therefore
on the 20/11/2013 I went back to notify them to re-activate my account and I spoke Tshepiso Maphosa who help me and told me that my account was active, she then logged service request and advise me to call their call centre upon speaking to their consultant who was not willing to assist me, I requested to speak to her Team leader or Manager and she placed me on hold and return back to tell me that the Team leader or manager cannot come to the call because they will tell me the same thing (time of the call 16:45 date 20/11/2013) I believed that their calls are recorded therefore I request one of their senior manage to call me back with feedback and to be reimbursed for 5 days activation from 15/11/2013 to the 20/11/2013 because it multi choice fault for not disconnecting my DSTV account, also to address the consultant unprofessional behaviour.
