Not living up to your promises

I have contacted your customer service and BB asistance several times regarding a problem I have. I cannot send SMS's, fault report states "Short message transfer rejected". Apart from the normal calls where this problem were also reffered twice to the relevant departments for which I have received confirmation by sms has nothing been done to correct this problem. If you cannot resolve this problem then state so that the contract can be cancelled because you have offered sms as a service.
