This has reference to my first complaint last week. I was told I will be given feedback on Monday and no such thing happened. Today is Thursday and I am still waiting. This leaves me with no other option but to go further than this. To be on the safe side, I will check what my rights are as a consumer and I will also find out how to go about the right way in taking this to the media. I have been patient enough with Virgin Mobile and there is just so much ignorance one can handle. So yes, take the money from my bank account don't bother to give me the service I am paying for...
