Due to air conditioner blowing extremely cold air on us, I told him we prefer not to move from the desk we were sitting at. He seated himself and proceeded to log onto his laptop. He asked for my friend's number and at no stage greeted or even apologised for keeping us waiting. I then asked him if he was going to introduce himself, which he duly said "Erik". My friend continued answering his grunts and eventually we left. After popping into Altech, our faith in common decency was restored. The 3 salespeople were more than helpful and in fact, my friend will be cancelling her contract with [URL Removed] and joining Al tech.
Please [URL Removed] teach your salespeople how to greet and make their customers feel validated. In fact, if I was you, I would send Erik to any Pre-Primary school where young children can teach him some basic manners.
