I have booked facial, 30 minute reflexology, manicure/pedicure deal for myself and a friend for myself for 28 June 2013. On arrival there, nothing was prepared. We were informed that groupon made a mistake - it is only a mini-manicure and that they have booked a client immediately after our allocated time. We insisted to get what was paid for. They then proceeded to start preparing for us. That took 20 minutes. We came into the room, freezing cold. We asked for a heater to be put on and blankets to try and be warm. They then came back with one blanket because the others were in the wash and proceeded to give us damp towels to cover ourselves as a protection against the cold. There was only one therapist to two clients because the other therapist did not show up for work. She applied the mask on me and then my friend. She then proceeded to rub my feet for less than 5 minutes which was regarded as the 30 minute reflexology part of the deal.By this stage we had enough and I phoned your support desk which did nothing after promising to pay the money back.
